Position: Shipping & Warehouse Associate
Location: Riedell Skates - Red Wing, MN
Position Summary:
At Riedell Shoes, Inc. we take pride in being a family-owned and operated business since 1945. We are looking for candidates who are interested in providing our customers with some of the best skating products in the world.
We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Shipping & Warehouse Associate who takes pride in getting the job done right. This is a hands-on position for someone who shows up every day, arrives on time, works with urgency, and doesn't need constant supervision.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating a forklift, unloading shipping containers, organizing inventory, and keeping the warehouse running efficiently. Just as important, you'll be able to use a computer to process shipments, track orders, communicate with shipping carriers, and maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Takes initiative and stays productive without being asked
- Forklift experience (certification preferred or willingness to become certified)
- Physically capable of unloading containers and handling heavy materials safely
- Comfortable using computers, shipping software, and inventory systems
- Able to coordinate with shipping providers and resolve shipping issues
- Fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to regularly conduct stand-up work
- Ability to work overtime or adjust work schedule as needed
- Repeated lifting of up to 40lbs
- 2 to 3 years of experience in shipping or warehouse work preferred

Pay:
- Minimum Starting Pay: $20.65 per hour. Increasing to $22.15 per hour after 12 months. Starting pay may vary based on skills and related experience.
Hours:
- All Shipping positions work a day shift, Monday-Friday schedule.
